General Conditions of Sale.
1. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
2. Orders can only be accepted from UK Mainland customers.
3. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods you order.
4. By clicking the ‘Proceed to Protx Secure Payment Server' button after selecting confirming your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.
Payment
1. Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, or Visa Debit, and must be received prior to delivery of goods.
2. All products remain the property of F1 Help Ltd t/a Flybook Shop until payment has been received in full.
3. All prices include VAT and delivery, Flybook Shop reserves the right to change prices. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply the goods.
4. The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' price or if due to an error or emission the price published for the goods on our web site is incorrect. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order.
5. All transactions on the website are processed in UK pounds sterling.
Delivery
1. Delivery on all orders from www.flybookshop.co.uk is FREE! this only applies to the UK Mainland, all other orders MAY be subject to an additional delivery charge.
2. Consumers have a cooling-off period of seven working days in which to cancel the contract, starting from when the goods are received. The consumer is entitled to receive a full refund for a cancelled contract within 30 days.
3. Claims for damage or non-functionality must be made to us within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.
4. Claims for mis-shipping must be made to Flybook Shop within 3 working days.
5. You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made, or delayed by you at delivery.
Suitability of Goods
1. We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability with manufacturers before ordering.
2. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
3. As a result of continuing product development the specification or design of goods may vary.
Returns / Faulty Goods
1. All faulty goods must be reported to us within 3 working days or receipt of the goods
2. Where the regulations apply the consumer now has a "cooling off period" of 7 working days from receipt of the goods within which to cancel the contract and return the goods without penalty and for any reason. If the consumer has paid any money before exercising the right to cancel , a full refund has to be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days. The calculation of a working day exclusing weekends and public holidays.
3. The return of goods is entirely at our discretion.
4. Any goods returned to us without prior authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
General
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the reaming terms and conditions. Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
